Optimal CTA design

To improve the discoverability of trending classes, Unacademy conducted an experiment on the class carousel featuring a "See all free classes" button. The goal was to increase user clicks on this CTA. Two variants were tested against the original version: Variant B aligned with the existing UI components, while Variant C featured a thin-bordered button. The experiment equally divided users among the three options to identify the most effective design for boosting engagement.

Results

  • Variant C emerged as the clear winner, generating 13k clicks compared to 9k clicks for A and 7k clicks for B.
